Online Registration
Online Registration for the 2010 - 2011 Season
There are 3 easy steps to the registration process for Casco Bay Hockey.
1 - All players, referees, and coaches are required to be USA Hockey (USAH) registered. Please go to
http://www.usahockeyregistration.com/ and complete registration and payment requirements. You will need your USAH confirmation number for step #2.
2 - Complete Online Casco Bay Hockey Association (CBHA) registration and payment. Please
CLICK HERE to go to the online registration page.
3 - USA Hockey is requiring a copy of a town or state issued birth certificate this year. This certificate must be seen by the MEAHA state registrar. Please provide these certificates to the team assistant for your team as soon as possible to insure that all teams can compete in games this year. The State Registrar will view the document and shred them in the presence of a Casco Bay board member. (Break the Ice and Initiation players are exempt from this requirement) Hospital birth certificates are not acceptable.

Notes :
A - Casco Bay Hockey serves the following towns:
Portland, South Portland, Yarmouth, Falmouth, North Yarmouth, Cumberland, Gray, Freeport and New Gloucestor, Pownal, and Cape Elizabeth
B - If you have an outstanding balance from a previous season you must pay that in full before registering for this season.
C - If you have NOT played in Casco Bay Hockey before you
must start in Initiation. For any questions on this requirement, please contact the Initiation Director at

D - For transfers into or out of Casco Bay Hockey Association please use this official
MEAHA form
