Below is information relevant to the 2010/2011 Casco Bay Hockey Bantam House Division. If you have any questions related to the Bantam House Division, please contact the Bantam House Director, Brian Edmonds at bantams@cascobayhockey.com.

1.      Selection of Teams: After the evaluation sessions have been completed, the coaches will hold a draft at which the teams will be selected.  The coaches will then contact their players directly by phone or e-mail.  If you have not heard from a coach by Friday, October 8th, please contact the Bantam Director.

2.         Season: The season will consist of approximately 40 hours of total ice team (which will include an end-of-year house tournament). This will average out to approximately 2 hours of ice time per week, with some weeks having more and some having less. The practice and game schedule for each month will be posted on-line as far in advance as possible. However, please check www.cascobayhockey.com for possible schedule changes throughout the season (including the day of the scheduled game/practice).

3.         Teams: Again this year, we are expecting to have two house teams. Home and home games will be scheduled with House-level teams from other Maine communities in order to provide a competitive and fun environment for our players. Some travel may be required.

             4.        Bantam TournamentIn addition to the regular season and an end-of-year house tournament, each bantam house team will play at least 3 games in Casco Bay Hockey’s Bantam Tournament which will be held in March of 2011. During the tournament, we will need parents to volunteer to be greeters, sell t-shirts, operate the game clock, etc….
