2010-11 Casco Bay Hockey Association Tournaments

House Tournaments

 

Casco Bay Hockey Association will be hosting four tournaments in 2011. These tournaments conclude our regular hockey season and are designed to be a fun filled weekend of hockey for our house Mites, Squirts, Peewees, and Bantams divisions. Due to lack of participation from surrounding communities last year, we will not be hosting a Girls' tournament this year. All games are played at our three home rinks in the Greater Portland area:   Portland Ice Arena, Family Ice Center in Falmouth and Travis Roy Arena located in Yarmouth. All rinks are within 10 to 15 minutes for each other.

 

Portland Maine is great hockey location convenient to all of Northern New England and a two hour drive from the Boston area and three hours from Providence, RI and Hartford, CT. The greater Portland area offers reasonable hotels rates (many with indoor pools!), great restaurants, and unique shopping destinations.

 

Casco Bay Hockey Association House Divisions offer competitive hockey at the House C  level.

 

Volunteers are needed to help as greeters, timers, and T-shirt sellers.

Mite Madness (Mite) is a Friendship Tournament open to 24 teams. Three games are included and each participant will receive a trophy for participation. March 4, 5, 6,  2011.

 

Shamrock Shootout (Squirt) is a competitive event open to 16 teams. All teams are guaranteed three games with a semi-final and final played on Sunday. March 18, 19, 20, 2011.

 

Who Let the Dogs Out (Peewee Tournament) is a competitive format open to 16 teams. All teams are guaranteed three games with a semi-final and final played on Sunday. March 11, 12, 13, 2011.

 

Bantams Tournament is a competitive format open to 16 teams. All teams are guaranteed three games with a semi-final and final played on Sunday. March. 25, 26, 27, 2011.

 

Registration Information. Completed Registration Forms must be accompanied by 100% of tournament entry fee to guarantee entrance in event. All tournaments entrance priority is on an order of paid receipt basis. Refunds are available for cancellation prior to 60 days from the tournament start date.
